645 | AMOILA CESAR’S NEWEST BEACHBODY WORKOUT

Beachbody’s 645 workout program combines strength training, cardio, and mobility training to get visible results and transform your entire body! Watch this quick 2 minute video to get a sneak peak of what this program will be like! 





WHAT IS 645?

645 was developed by Beachbody super trainer Amoila Cesar to help you get maximum results at home. The exercise program includes strength training, cardio, and mobility in 45 minute workouts. The 13-week program includes 6 workouts per week. Amoila is a NASM certified trainer who trains celebrities and professional athletes. This program will not disappoint


WHAT WE LOVE?

While this workout will keep you pushing to your limits, Amoila teaches proper form, focuses on not overtraining (which leads to injury), and includes a warm up and cool down with each workout. The mix of challenge and intentional focus leaves you feeling accomplished and ready to take on the world!

HOW LONG IS 645?

Beachbody’s 645 workout program is 6 days a week, 45 minutes a day, for 13 weeks. It includes 4 stages to help you get maximum results in less time.

645 WORKOUTS

The 645 exercise program includes modifications — making it a great program for multiple fitness levels! The workout program was shot in real-time, so you’ll have unique workouts each day too! We love that each week includes different workouts because it allows Amoila to mix in different moves and challenges.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE:

  • Monday – Strength
  • Tuesday – Strength
  • Wednesday – Mobility & Stability
  • Thursday – Strength
  • Friday – Strength
  • Saturday – Cardio 45
  • Sunday – Rest

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday are strength training days. On these days, Amoila mixes in power and hypertrophy training and varies the rep patterns.

Wednesday is an active recovery day. The Mobility & Stability workout focuses on activation, stretching, and movement.

Saturday is called Cardio 45 which focuses on agility and calorie burn. This one sounds intense, but luckily Sunday is a rest day!

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU NEED FOR FOR 645?

You’ll need light, medium, and heavy dumbbells, and resistance loops for 645 workouts. You may also want a mat and a foam roller.

The resistance loops are cloth covered for this program. No more rubber! Thank goodness, right?! These Power Loops are wider and stay in place so much better! They will be included with your package when you purchase this program.

645 NUTRITION

You can use either Beachbody meal plan — Ultimate Portion Fix (Fixate) with the portion control containers or 2B Mindset.

Both nutrition programs are focused on whole foods to help you get better results in less time.



WHEN DOES 645 COME OUT?

Beachbody’s 645 comes out July 6th for Beachbody coaches and July 19th for customers.

Clients will be able to get early access to the entire program through a challenge pack or accessory bundle soon after. The Challenge Pack is a great way to get everything you need to jumpstart your healthy lifestyle and will be $160-220 depending on the supplements you choose.

20 MINUTE WORKOUTS, 6 DAYS A WEEK!

TRANSFORM:20 PROGRAM BASICS
·       Six weeks
·       Six days a week
·       20 minutes a day
·       No weights, your own bodyweight and a step is used
·       There is a modifier
·       Shot in “real time” If you’ve done Insanity Max 30, you know it’s tough… but the calorie burn will be about the same.  How’s THAT for intense? However, even though it’s going to be a new level of INTENSE this program removes ALL excuses. Shaun T’s mission in creating this was to remove the mental barriers people have in committing to a workout.
· Lack of time?  No worries. It’s just 20 minutes.
· Can’t do high intensity?  No power jumps, no diamond jacks, no tuck jumps – No problem. With this program, Shaun T took away things people could complain about.  
· And yes, you CAN do it. There is a modifier, and she doesn’t use the step.
This is a six-week program that will be available to stream on Beachbody on Demand (along with 7000 other workouts that are all yours). It’s a six-days-a-week workout program, with a recap on Sundays.  
With Transform :20, you’ll also get to know the cast as the program progresses. There is a reality show that features the cast.  You see what they eat, how they get along, how their mindset transforms. You will develop your OWN success story as well.
Each day, there is a CHALLENGE.  The program doesn’t require weights, but you will need a STEP.  You are stepping up, RISING UP.  The step is a metaphor for LIFE, people.  You’ll learn a lot about yourself as you go through this program!

Equipment Needed for Transform :20
For this program, Shaun T will be using a STEPPER/riser.  However, there will be a modifier that does NOT use it – so you can still do the program if you don’t have one.  It will be available to purchase along with the program, or by itself. However, this is not a step aerobics program.  Your heart rate will soar, but the focus is on the LEGS – maximizing the time you have.
 Transform :20 is a Good Fit for You IF:
·       Are motivated to change your fitness level through mindset.  Shaun T will guide you through mental barriers that are holding you back.
·       You struggle to get in long workouts each day – at just 20 minutes each workout, there will be NO excuses!
·       You are at beginner/intermediate through advanced fitness levels.  This program is truly as easy or as difficult as you make it. You can slow down the moves to fit your ability level, and keep in mind that the modifier does NOT use a step.
